Connected platform data — when you link a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, YouTube, WhatsApp), we receive only the data and permissions you explicitly authorize through that platform's own connection flow (for example, an access token scoped to posting content or reading basic analytics).
Usage data, such as log information, to help us maintain and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above solely to operate Jazzly's features: publishing and scheduling content on your behalf, reporting analytics, and managing advertising campaigns you configure. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Platform Data

Access tokens and data obtained from connected platforms (including TikTok) are used only to provide the specific features you request within Jazzly, and are handled in accordance with each platform's developer terms in addition to this policy. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which revokes Jazzly's access to it.

We retain account and connected-platform data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, consistent with the sensitivity of the data involved.
