Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jazzly, a social media management and advertising platform operated by JAZZLY, a registered Ontario sole proprietorship (BIN 1001684338), operated by Salem Albakri ("Jazzly," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Jazzly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Jazzly lets users connect their social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, YouTube, and WhatsApp) to schedule and publish organic content and manage paid advertising campaigns from a single dashboard.

3. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

When you connect a third-party social media account to Jazzly, you authorize Jazzly to access and act on that account strictly within the scope of permissions you grant, for the purpose of providing the features you request (such as publishing posts or reporting analytics). Jazzly's use of information received from these platforms is subject to each platform's own developer policies, in addition to these Terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Jazzly to post content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the terms of service of any connected platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jazzly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jazzly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Jazzly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
